The entire process was very smooth and easy. Brad and Priscilla always responded to my phone calls and emails in a prompt manner to answer all my questions. Brad was also honest with me and informed me that I didn’t need a landing pad outside my screen door, which would have cost me a few extra hundred dollars, even though all the other companies kept saying I needed one for county guidelines. Michael also did a great job installing the screen enclosure. He made sure that the work was flawless and he was always on time. He communicated with me whenever there were any imperfections and fixed them quickly. I would recommend this company to any family or friends that need a screen installed.

My company has used A1 Aluminum before, so when our sons puppy excitedly hopped thru the screen to greet the neighbor, I asked about re-screening ideas. I knew there was screen if you lived in a golf community but not "Pet-Screen". I sent them pictures so they knew what I was needing, and we tested it out. It's a little darker but much more sturdier. The Tech installing it took his time and care with the screening. Was it good customer service? Was it because it was for the safety of our animals? Was it hot outside? YES! He didn't rush his work, he made sure it was installed perfectly. It didn't matter that I thought it was a small job, he treated us like our screen job was just as important. Afterwards, he cleaned up and the doggies were happily allowed back on their porch. 😃🤗5-Stars to A1 Aluminum most definitely!

We reached out to A1 Aluminum owners to see if they could help us. During a storm trees came down and pretty much totaled the pool cage. This was of course a little stressful between working with the HOA, Tree company, Insurance and Pool Company all the while keeping Residents and Owners updated. A1 came in and assessed the situation, helped expedited the permits for removal for safety, kept the HOA updated, was able to make the repair, and after approval order and delivery, install a brand new absolutely beautiful new pool cage.Photos show just what they had to work with and a pitch no less! I wish the photos could show how it curved just right due to the location and shape of the pool. This was one of the larger jobs we were able to use Brad & Debra's company for and they sure did not disappoint.Highly recommend A1 Aluminum! The tenants were kept updated and super happy. The owners were kept updated, they loved the photos and videos I sent during the whole process, so he was also able to appreciate all the work involved.5-Star Service - Highly Recommend!
