A1 Aluminum was founded by Brad and Debra Flora out of necessity. Many homeowners in central Florida love their beautiful homes but struggle with limited usable outdoor space. Living in this stunning area, everyone wants to enjoy the outdoors without insects or other pests.

With over 25 years in construction, Brad Flora had the chance to become a general contractor but chose to specialize in aluminum and screens. His true passion lies in beautifying the outdoors. A1 Aluminum are amazing! We wanted to re-screen our almost 30 y/o pool enclosure and they exceeded our expectations. Not only did they upgrade our enclosure, but they extended as well as re-painted the concrete and installed an insulated panel roof, which has completely transformed and elevated the space. Not long ago Brad and Debra Flora, owners of A1 Aluminum, were contracted to screen in our swim spa which we extended onto our lanai. It was a complicated job due to hills on our property and egress in and out of the screen room. Brad had great suggestions to accomplish the job including screening along the back that had uninterrupted views of our property. Our screen room was completed in record time for an event we were hosting at our home. We found the company to be professional, quality focused and very responsive to all our questions and needs. They are the only screen company I recommend and I’m so happy they did our job.

We have a small patio that bridges our home and garage - wanted something that would give us a private space and protection from insects but preserve the beauty of the outside. A1 did an amazing job with a screen that didn’t obstruct any view with a rail or frame. It’s so beautifully done! They came out, did an assessment, gave us options. Even more impressive was their detail to make sure we had all documents and permits covered from HOA to the town permit. It’s steps so many skip and risk having issues later! We are so in love with the quality of the screen and the seamless framing! No ugly bolts or ugly loose screening - high quality - and just adds value to our home!
